摘要
根据织物悬垂三维形态测试仪的基本原理,提出了一种织物悬垂性图像的三维形态重建算法。首先识别出试样的边缘轮廓,然后从全景光栅图像中提取等高线信息,对光栅条纹进行定位,计算出光栅条纹所在位置的空间高度,从而得到试样上光栅取样点的三维坐标数值,再利用双三次贝赛尔曲面重建试样悬垂形态的三维图像。结合实例陈述了该算法的设计和实现过程。
According to the fundamental of the fabric drapability three dimensional shape tester, a three dimensional shape reconstruction algorithm of fabric drapability is proposed. First, the outer edge of the fabric sample is identified; next, the contour line from the panoramic raster stripes image is extracted; then positioning and computing the height of raster stripes to obtain the 3D coordinates of sampling points in raster stripes; finally, the 3D fabric drapability image of the specimen is reconstructed using bicubic Brzier surface. The design and execution process of the algorithm are expounded with examples.
