IT接受与文化价值观念的实证研究综述

摘要 在信息系统(Information System)的所有组成部分中,人的行为最为复杂多变,在多变的行为背后,文化的影响深远巨大。本文通过回顾已有的文献,采用沙因(Schein)的三层文化模型定义文化,总结了近20多年以来比较成熟的文化价值划分维度,综述了文化如何影响IT接受的研究结论和研究方法,并指出目前的研究所存在的不足和未来的研究方向。
