摘要
领导者道德是整个社会道德体系的核心,也是"以德治国"方略的重要组成部分。领导者道德素养与新时期时代要求的不适应性,迫切要求构建反映时代精神的领导者道德,具体表现为:"为民、务实、清廉",并通过自律和他律有机结合重塑领导者道德。
The leaders＇ morality, the core of entire social morals system, is also the important part of the strategy of ＂ruling with virtue＂. The leaders moral quality is not enough for the requirement of the new time. It is advocated that ＂serving people,utility and incorruptibility＂ are goals of new time leaders＇ morality by self-discipline.
