摘要 文章综述了核因子-κB的分子生物学特性和信号转导途径的激活。详细阐述了在中医证候本质的分子生物学研究中发现NF—κB与许多证候的关系密切,为临床诊断和治疗提供了新的思路。 The paper summarized the molecular biological characteristic of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) and its activation of signal transduction pathway. During the molecular biological research on the essential of TCM syndrome, the research discovered NF-κB was closely related with it, that provided a good thinking way for clinical diagnosis and therapy,
