在BOT模式项目融资过程的资源和利益分配关系的基础上,分析了该过程中项目所在国与私营合同商之间、项目公司与投资者之间的博弈行为,以保证BOT形式下项目融资成功,从而实现互利互惠的目标。
Distributes resource, risk and interests of this project on the basis of mutual benefit and reciprocity. So the article analyzes the game behavior between country and private contract trader and between project company and investor during the finandng course, based on the relation of distribution of interests and resouroes of BOT mode project, it ensure the project＇ s success of financing under the BOT, so that arriral mutual benefit.
