摘要
对工程建设监理的服务性、独立性、公正性、科学性进行了分析,并从一协调、两管理、三控制这几个方面进行了论述,使人们认识到监理工程师是一个需要不断学习的复合型高智能人才。
Analysis on the service, independence, justice and ration of engineering construction supervision is made. Illustration is made from three control, two manage and one coordinate, which makes people know that supervision engineer is a compound high intelligent talent who needs to continue learning.
