The paper elaborates firstly the fundamental theory of industrial inheritance, based on the point, through viewing outdoor mineral in Fuxin, Haizhou as a example. It analyzes the value of industrial inheritance, and then gives a detailed discussion for the method to protect and utilize the industrial inheritance and its overall ideas. So as to provide a reference in the future.
