摘要
基础教育的培养目标肩负着双重任务:成人与成才。生涯发展包含着学会学习、学会生存等方面的内容。在基础教育阶段,依据学生身心发展特点分阶段实施生涯发展教育,能够使学生认识自我,了解社会与职业世界,让学生具备生涯意识,从而形成生涯认知、生涯探索与人生定位等,为未来的健康发展奠基铺路。通过生涯觉察、生涯探索、生涯规划等阶段的培养,促进基础教育对生涯意识的培养。
The elementary education is entrusted to shoulder double responsibilities: to make the young child become full-grown and useful. The career development contains much reasonable content including learning to learn and learning to live and so on. According to the students' physiological characteristics, carrying out these educations can get the students to know themselves better, to understand the society and the world of work, to be aware of career, thus forming career cognition, career exploration and fixing a position on one' s life etc, which will paving a road for their future.
