摘要
中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会提出建设生态文明。这一思想的提出顺应世界潮流,是对马克思主义生态文明思想的继承和发展。中国共产党生态文明思想的形成是一个很长的历史过程,是立足我国社会主义初级阶段基本国情和生态问题严峻的状况,在总结我国生态建设的经验教训之后提出来的。这一理论创新进一步丰富了中国特色社会主义理论体系的内涵。生态文明是践行科学发展观的要义,是建设和谐社会的重要基础和保障。
The 17th national congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the building of ecological civilization.This proposal conforms to the world trends,develops the Marxist thinking of ecological civilization,and sublaties the traditional Chinese thinking of 'harmony between divine and beings'.The formation of the ecological civilization thinking of the Communist Party of China is a long historical process,and is proposed on the basis of China’s practical conditions of the initial stage of socialism and the severe situations of ecological problems,after summing up China’s experience and lesson about ecological construction in the past.This innovation has further enriched the connotation of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The ecological civilization is an important content of practicing the concept of scientific development and the basis and guarantee of the building of a harmonious society.
