鸡源性大肠埃希氏菌产β-内酰胺酶的检测与耐药性分析

摘要 用GYZ-15E和API-ID32E对菌株进行鉴定;用纸片扩散法和头孢硝基噻吩法检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和AmpC酶;耐药情况采用纸片扩散法。大肠埃希氏菌的产酶率为53.85%,其中AmpC酶为28.57%,超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)为71.43%;产AmpC酶阳性株多为多重耐药菌;氨苄西林、阿莫西林、环丙沙星、三代头孢敏感性低,庆大霉素、氨曲南敏感率高。需要加强对大肠埃希氏菌产β-内酰胺酶的检测。庆大霉素、氨曲南是产β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希氏菌感染的首选药物。 Identification of strains were performed by the GYZ-15 E and API-ID32E systems. AmpC β-lactamase and extended-spectrum β-lactamase-produeing isolates were determined by the disk diffusion method and Nitrocefin-disk method. The rate of producing β-laetamases of Escherlchia coli was 53.85 %, respectiverly, AmpC β-laetamase was 28.57 %, extended-spectrum β-laetamase was 71.43 %. The strains of AmpC β-laetamase-produeing was multi resistant drug. Most Escherlchia coli were poorly susceptible to Ampieillin, Amoxieillin, Ciprofloxein and third-generation eephalosporins. Most Escherichia coli were susceptible to Gentamiein and Aztreonam. Clinical laboratorys need to determine Escherichia coli of β-laetamase-produeing isolates. Gentamiein and aztreonam were the first candidate for infeetionous conditions caused by Escherichia eoli of β-laetamase-produeing.
