This paper expounds the concepts and basic theories of database and dynamic data warehouse, introduces the characteristics of the data warehouse, emphasizes the differences between EAI （Enterprise Application Integration） and traditional database, and probes into theconstruction of system structure of dynamic data warehouse and the applieation prospect of dynamic database.
