摘要
知识转移是知识管理过程的主要活动之一,是实现图书馆知识创新的前提和基础。在分析知识转移模式的基础上,指出图书馆知识转移过程中可能面临的四大主要风险。
The knowledge transfer, which is one of the main activities in the process of knowledge management, is the precondition and foundation of library＇s knowledge innovation. Based on the analysis on the modes of the knowledge transfer, this paper points out the four possible risks that are probably faced by the library in the process of knowledge transfer.
