摘要 采用Simplified Phan-Thien-Tanner(SPTT)本构方程描述黏弹性流体流变特性,利用数值计算方法模拟了SPTT黏弹性流体在突缩流道中的流动特征。建立了由连续性方程、运动方程和SPTT本构方程、流函数、涡量函数及边界条件组成的完整数学模型。绘制了黏弹性流体在突缩流道中的流场和速度场的等值线图。分析了黏弹性流体的黏弹性对流场的影响。在突缩流道中,随着黏弹性的增强,即威森博格数的增大,流体的波及体积增加,波及效率增大。 The Simplified Phan-Thien-Tanner Constitutive equation is used to describe the rheological property of the viscoelastic fluid. The mathematics model made up of continuity equation, equation of motion, SPTT constitutive equation, stream function, vorticity equation as well as the boundary conditions is established. The behavior characteristics are described by the numerical method and the distributing characteristics analyzed through the contraction channel. The stream isoline and velocity isoline are drawn. The influence of viscoelastic on the flow field is analyzed. In the contraction channel, with the increment of visco-elasticity, in other words increasing of Weissenberg number, fluid swept volume would increase as well as swept effect.
