从“以厂养校”到“合作互惠”——世纪前后我国推进工学结合的政策导向

摘要 推进工学结合一向是我国制订职业教育政策的重要目的。在20世纪末,校企联合办学和学校自办产业的方式都曾得到政策的支持,而在本世纪初,政府明确提出职业学校应当依靠企业实现合作互惠、共同发展。这种政策导向上的变化反映出职业教育办学观念的调整,世纪之交进行的学校管理体制改革可以看作政策前后的分界点。 To promote combination of work with learning is always the aim of Chinese policy. In the late 20th century, either the manner of cooperation between schools and businesses or schools building factories for themselves was advocated by the government. While the policy to vocational schools became depending on businesses with "mutual benefit" in the early 21st century. This change on policy reflected the new idea taking place of the old. The innovation in the field of administration system during these years could be seen as the dividing line.
