盐酸戊乙奎醚的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)是新型抗胆碱药物,对M受体亚型有高度选择性,可选择性拮抗M1、M3和N1、N2受体,对M2受体无明显作用或作用较弱;可有效地避免阿托品所导致的心动过速以及阻断突触前膜M2受体的调节功能;
