海洋站自动测报系统设计原理

PRINCIPLES ON DESIGNING THE AUTO-OBSERVING SYSTEM FOR OCEANOGRAPHICAL STATIONS

摘要 海洋站自动测报系统不仅大大减轻了观测人员的繁琐的劳动,而且提高了观测水平。由于计算机的运用,使观测结果精度提高;采样周期的缩短,使异常海洋现象的资料能以收集;程控测量还使以前人工无法实现的观测成为现实。海洋站自动测报系统既要完成对海洋水文气象传感器的信号采集、预处理并计算出相应的物理量,同时还要以多种介质存贮和不同形式的输出,并且按标准编码自动发报。因此系统的可靠性精确性是设计的关键。本文对用硬件设计与软件编程提高可靠性进行了讨论,提出了对传感器信号预处理的设想,并做了初步尝试. Due to the auto-observing system for oceanographical stations,the manual jobs of observers have greatly decreased,and the quality of observations increased as well.Moreover,in view of the use of microcomputer,accuracy in measureme- nts get higher,sampling period shorter,information on anomalous oceanic pheno- mena can be collected,and program-controlled measurements make it possible that things cannot be done manually.The tasks that should be implemented by the system are as follows:sampling the signals from oceanographical,hydrological and meteorological sensors,their pre-processing and calculations in order to find out the corresponding quantities and values,storage by various media and output in different types,and automatic transmitting in normal coding to a receiving center.Therefore,the high realibility and accuracy are the key to designing the auto-observing system for oceanographical stations.In this paper,software editing and hardware designing are discussed,and the concept on signal pre-processing is put forward and primarily tested.
