摘要
目的:探讨老年心功能减退患者行腹腔镜手术的优势、安全性,以及围手术期的风险评估与处理。方法:回顾分析我院行腹腔镜手术的老年心功能减退66例患者的临床资料。结果:全部患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹及死亡病例。术后平均12h下床活动,住院时间5～7d。结论:腹腔镜手术对老年心功能减退患者较传统手术更具优势,是相对安全的。
Objective ：To investigae the security and advantage of laparoscopic operation in aged patients with the heart function fails, and assessment and fair dealing of risk surrounding operation. Methods ： Review the clinical data of 66 aged patients with the heart function fails. Resnits：All operative were completed successfully, there was no serious cardiovascular incident happened, no death of the patients. The hospitalization was 5-7 days. Conclusions ：Laparoscopic operation is feasible and safe in aged patients with the heart function fails.
