摘要
本文报道一种紫色非硫光合细菌能够减少污染水体中硫化氢的发生量,硫化物最高检测浓度降低37.8%,总检出量减少48.3%,统计检验结果表明作用效果显著。在室内养虾试验两个月后,50、100ppm菌液浓度组,底泥硫化物含量分别比对照组减少82.1%和38.0%。应用于生产性对虾养殖地,池水具有透明度降低、pH稳定、溶氧增加的水质特征,具有很好的应用前景。
In this paper, it is reported that occurrent amounts of Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in pollution water can be reduced by the Phototrophic purple nonsulfur bacteria. The maximum determined concentration decreased 37. 8%; totel amounts reduced 48. 3%. The statistical test result showed that the effect is obvious. After two months test in shirmp farming, the results showed that substrata sulfide content in the 50 and 100 ppm the bacteria solution groups reduced 82. 1% and 38. 0%, respectively as compared with blank group. Application of the bacteria to shrimp fariming, the results Showed that water quality had favourable features of lower transparent degree, stable pH, incremental Dissolvable Oxygen. As a result, it will be a good applied future.
