摘要
以沈阳药科大学药学院为对象,采用问卷调查的形式,对100名不同职称的教师和450名不同年级的学生进行了调查,对学院师德师风建设中存在的问题进行了总结,从6个方面对进一步加强师德建设提出了措施。
100 teachers of diverse technical positions and 450 students of different grades were required to accomplish a questionnaire survey, followed by a summary of problems disclosed by its result at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. And measures to further construction of teachers＇ professional ethics are proposed in six aspects.
