摘要
目的观察荭叶心通软胶囊对实验性犬急性心肌梗死的作用。方法采用结扎犬冠脉左前降支(LAD)的方法造成心肌梗死模型,并将模型分为假手术组,模型对照组,荭叶心通软胶囊高、中、低剂量组和复方丹参片组,十二指肠给药后测定犬心外膜电图、心肌梗死范围、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及肌酸激酶(CK)活力。结果荭叶心通软胶囊能显著改善心肌缺血程度和损伤范围,缩小心肌梗死面积,降低LDH及CK活力。结论荭叶心通软胶囊对实验性犬心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of Hongyexintong Soft Capsule （HYXT） on acute myocardial infarction in dogs. Methods The model of acute myocardial infarction was produced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in dogs. The groups were set in：sham operation;model control;Compound Danshen Tablets;high, middle and low dosage of HYXT. The epicardial- electrocardiogram, myocadial infract size, the rate of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） and creatine kinase （CK） were detected. Results The HYXT could reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia and the myocardial infarct size, decrease the rate of LDH and CK. Conclusion The HYXT has the significant protective effects on myocardial infarction in dogs.
