摘要
外覆盖保温材料在日光温室生产中起着非常重要的作用。为了研发日光温室新型保温被,以喷胶棉为保温芯材,试制了保温被,采用热箱静态试验测试了其保温性。结果表明:在不同热源下,该保温被的传热系数均小于草帘,其保温性比草帘好。试制的保温被估价低于主流保温被价格,有望成为新型高效保温被。
Thermal insulation materials for covering play a very important part in solar greenhouse production. In order to research and develop new heat preservation quilt for solar greenhouse, one kind of thermal insulation quilt whose thermal insulation layer was made of spray - bonded nonwoven fabric was made. Its heat preservation was tested by static hot - box. Results show that, the heat transfer coefficient of the thermal insulation quilt is less than that of straws when heating with different powers, and the quilt exceeds straws in heat preservation. The estimated price of this thermal insulation quilt is lower than the price of the thermal insulation quilt used mostly at present, and it is likely to become new high effective thermal insulation quilt.
