摘要
高校图书馆通过创新人力资源管理模式,促进馆员知识交流与共享,重整业务流程等知识管理策略,可有效提高文献信息的利用效率,实现图书馆人力资源、知识和技术的整合,从而提升图书馆为高校教学科研服务的能力。
University Library by means of innovative human resources management mode promotes the exchange of knowledge and sharing of librarians such as business process re-engineering knowledge management. This strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of the use of information literature to achieve library human resources, knowledge and technology integration, so as to enhance the library university teaching and research services.
