摘要
研究了ZnHZSM-5上引入第二政性物对正戊烷芳构化反应性能及催化剂稳定性的影响,发现作为第二改性物,CU、Al、P物种对催化剂的反应性能和稳定性的促进作用不同,CU物种主要增加ZnHZSM-5的脱氧作用,而Al和P物种的作用则是调变其酸性质。结合NH3-TPD谱和结焦率的研究,探讨了改性物之间以及改性物与HZSM-5间的相互作用。
The effect of Cu, Al and P modifying species on the reaction performance and stability of doublymodified ZnHZSM-5 was studied- Cu species can enhance the dehydrogenation ability of the catalyst, andAl and P species can change its surface acidity. The interaction between modifiers or between modifiersand HZSM-5 catalyst was also investigated by NH,-TPD and coke formation rate determination.
