摘要
根据我国的房屋现状，论述了增层改造的必要性。针对增层改造的对象，提出了进行增层改造的可行性分析方法，阐述了增层改造设计中建筑、结构、地基基础的处理和增层改造房屋的抗震设计。
The necessity of adding floor upon existing buildings is discussed Based on buildings for adding floor, methodology for feasibility analysis is proposed in the paper in accordance with the current building condition in China; processing method for architecture and construction designs, ground base and foundation designs, and also earthquake resistance designs inadding floor is proposed aswell
