摘要
本文介绍氮化钛粉末生产工艺的新进展，并评价了各种工艺。重点介绍了美国矿山局提出的在７５０～１０５０℃迅速制备氮化钛粉末的气相生产法，还介绍了氮化钛粉末应用新进展。
The methods of production of titanium nitride powders are described and their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed in this paper.The emphasis is placed on the description of the gas phase production of titanium nitride powder at the temperatures between 750℃ and 1050℃ developed by the Bureau of Mines of U.S.A. The application trend of titanium nitride is also summarized in this paper.
