摘要
加重质的流动状态对振动流化床中细粒煤的有效分选起着决定性的作用,通过理论分析及试验研究,提出了以两个并联扩散模型描述适合于细粒煤分选的振动流化床加重质流动模型,全面分析了振动参数、气流参数等对加重质流动模型的影响,得出了振动强度是决定加重质平均停留时间及有效扩散系数的主导因素,并建立了床层不同区域中振动强度与有效扩散系数的关系模型.
The flow state of medium solids playes a leading role for the beneficiating of fine coal in vibration fluidized bed. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental study, two parallel diffusion models were proposed to describe the flow model of medium solids in vibration fluidized bed which is suitable for fine coal beneficiation. Through analyzing the affecting of vibration parameters and gas flow parameters on flow model of medium solids, the result that vibration intensity is a leading factor for mean residence time and effective diffusion coefficient was obtained. and the related models between vibration intensity and effective diffusion coefficient were established in different areas of bed.
