摘要
综述了有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂的抗菌机理、合成方法及应用性能,并对其今后的发展做了展望。有机硅季铵盐主要通过季铵化,硅氢化加成和平衡或缩聚等反应制得。该产品具有抗菌、抗静电、柔软、滑爽等特点,可广泛用作织物抗菌整理剂,柔软整理剂以及防腐剂,头发调理剂等。由于其与被处理材料的表面以化学键结合,因而不易脱落,是一种安全高效的新型阳离子表面活性剂,具有广阔的应用前景。
The antibacterial properties, synthesis and application of polisilicone quaternary ammonium salt as antimicrobial agent had been reviewed. Their development trend of polisilicone quaternary ammonium salt was described and discussed. Polisilicone quaternary ammonium was prepared with quaternarization, hydrosilylation, equilibrium polymerization or condensing polymerization and so on. Because of its characteristics of antiseptic, antistatic, soft and slippery, it could be use widely as fabric microbicide, softer and antiseptic,conditioner for hair. Since the binding for polysiloxane quaternary ammonium salt to the surface was due to chemical bond, the fastness was quite good. It was a kind of safe and high efficient cationic surfactant and would be used extensively in future.
