摘要
从整合的物流网络系统出发,根据各节点固定运营成本、运输成本、库存持有成本、分拣成本4方面综合决策,使用LR型模糊数建立了物流分销系统的Fuzzy集成优化模型.为求解该模型,进行了确定化处理,使之转化为一个确定型多目标线性规划模型,并设计了一个求解该模型的遗传算法,以此解决系统中给定潜在设施的位置选择、运输路线选择、配送中心最优订货量,实现了网络全局最优.最后通过算例进行了测算,结果证明了该模型、算法的有效性.
From the point of view of optimizing entire logistic network, and according to the principle of integrated decision-making that is made up of fixed operating costs, transportation costs, inventory costs of ownership and sorting costs, a fuzzy integrated optimization model is formulated with LR-fuzzy number. The model is firstly transformed into a certain multi-objective prograrmning model, and then a genetic algorithm is proposed to achieve the goal of global optimal, which solves the problems including the allocating depots from potential locations, scheduling vehicle routing, determining distribution centers' optimal order quanti- ties. Finally, one particular computational example illustrates that the model and algorithm are effective.
