摘要
清末新政之教育改革,在学习西方先进教育制度基础上,伴随着对中国以科举制为核心的传统教育制度的解构,促成了许多新的具有现代化特征的积极教育制度因素的大量出现。这次教育改革从教育立法、教育结构、教育管理、教育内容、教育方法等角度推动着中国教育制度的近代化,完成了中国的教育制度由传统向近代的历史更替,实现了中国之教育制度由无系统向系统化的转变。
On the basis of studying the western advanced education system, accompany with the dismiss of Chinese traditional education system with imperial examination system for core, the education reform of the New policy of late Qing dynasty helped realizing many factors which have a great deal of emergence of the positive education system of the lately modern characteristic. The education legislations, structures, managements, contents and measures modernized the education reform, which replaced the traditional education system by a modern one and systematized it .
