摘要
我国商业地产发展十分迅速,开发规模不断扩大,本文针对我国目前存在的主要商业地产开发模式,在对其进行利弊分析的基础上,根据中小型城镇自身的经济特点,从规避风险的角度提出了以"主力店铺出售,非主力店铺出租"为主要形式的租售混合式商业地产开发模式。
The commercial real estate development scale keep on a very high speed in China.Basis on the advantages and disadvantages analysis of major commercial real estate development mode in China,according to medium and small towns' economic characteristics and with the view of avoiding risk,this paper puts forward a "rent and sell" commercial real estate development mode that in the major form of "important store for selling,unimportant store for renting".
