摘要
目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊及复方辣椒贴片治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:452例分为试验组和对照组各226例,两组均外用复方辣椒贴片,试验组加复方血栓通胶囊。结果:试验组平均治愈时间(6.7±2.3)天,对照组(9.6±2.6)天,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗7天后,治愈率试验组62.4%,对照组13.3%,两组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。未发生不良反应。结论:复方血栓通胶囊用于治疗急性软组织损伤效果显著。
Objective：To evaluate clinic curative effect of the therapy of the acutesoft tissue in jury with the compound capsules of xueshuangtong and corrpound capsicum plastes; Methods ：452 patients with the acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups. All patients in two groups were given compound capsicum plastes,and the patients in testing group were given the compound capsules of xueshuangtong a eoures of treatment. Results：The average curative time is 6.7± 2.3 days in testing group ,9.6 ±2.6 days in contrast group, and difference was significant in statisties（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Its curative ratio is 62.4% in testing group, while 13.3% in contrast group after seven days. the difference was very significant in statistics （P 〈 0. 01 ） between the two groups. No obvious side - effects were observed. Conclusion ： It＇s obvious effective and safe for the therapy of acute soft tissue injury with the compound capsules of xueshuangtong.
