摘要
以2-萘酚、氯仿为原料,在碱性条件下,分别考察了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、聚氧乙烯(23)月桂酰醚(Brij35)、正月桂酸肌氨酸钠(LSS)对经Reimer-Tiemann反应合成2-羟基-1-萘甲醛的促进作用.研究结果表明:LSS对Reimer-Tie-mann反应具有极大的促进作用.可能是由于Reimer-Tiemann反应中的中间体卡宾是兼具亲核和亲电的中性物种,而LSS是两性表面活性剂,能更有效的与生成的中性物种卡宾结合,打破两相之间的传质阻力,促进卡宾迁移到两相界面与萘氧负离子进行作用,提高2-羟基-1-萘甲醛的产率.
Under the alkaline conditions, the roles of various surfactants ( i. e. CTAB, SDS, Brij35 and LSS) in the synthesis of 2-hydroxyl-l-naphthalene formaldehyde via a Reimer-Tiemann reaction had been investigated. The experimental results showed that the addition of LSS can remarkably promote the Reimer-Tiemann reaction. This may be ascribed to the efficient interaction between switterionic surfactant LSS and the intermediate Carbene, which was favorable for breaking phase barrier and promoting the Carbene transfer to biphasic interface where the Carbene could interacted with the naphthoxy anion species, and then the yield of HNA had been raised.
