摘要
随着我国和谐社区建设的开展,如何在社区建设中体现公平公正理念成为我国社区研究和实践的核心问题。本文梳理了近年来国内外对社区资源概念、研究内容、分析方法等相关研究,在对第三条道路思潮的社会公正理念进行分析的基础上建立了空间公正理念下城市社区体系与生活场所体系的社区资源配置原理,并对社区资源公正配置的衡量指标作了初步探讨。
The concern about the quality of life is the basic feature of modem society, and is also the research field on which all kinds of disciplines in humanities and social science are focusing. The research of geography on the quality of urban living space has reached the level of the urban system from the regional level, and then has extended further to the space system of urban community. Its object of research has also gone into the social （space） factors of microcosm from the factors of material conditions of macrocosm. In the aspect of the research on the quality of the living environment among the urban community or neighbourhood, the research from the Western developed countries in recent years has revealed that accessibility of community resources is closely related to the quality of community living space. As a result, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of community resources fast in order to improve the quality of living space of urban communities or neighborhood. The 16th session of the Communist Party of China pointed out explicitly that we should build a harmonious society. The community is the basis of society, so harmonious society is necessarily based on harmonious community. The construction of harmonious community must be depended on justly building of community space, and the fairness of space must be based on the allocation （accessibility） and harmony of community resources. This paper shows the concept of community resources, the content of research, the methods of analysis and other related research from China and other countries in recent years, and builds the principles of allocation of community resources of the urban community system and living system under the concept of spatial justice on the base of analyzing the Third Way ideas for the concept of social justice.
