摘要
对左氟沙星和氧氟沙星在健康志愿者中的药动学进行了研究。以高效液相色谱法测定血、尿药物浓度。两种药物平均药动学参数间的差异以t检验处理。结果表明,8名健康志愿者po左氟沙星和氧氟沙星200mg后的体内过程均符合二房室模型。Cmax分别为3.06±0.70mg/L和3.47±1.33mg/L,AUC分别为14.80±2.10mg·h/L和17.52±4.74mg·h/L,两者间的差异均无统计学意义,Tmax和t1/2β等其他药动学参数均相近。根据研究结果,左氟沙星片剂用于临床治疗敏感菌所致各种感染时其日剂量约为氧氟沙星的半量。
The study was conducted in 8 healthy volunteers,drug level in serum and urine were determined by HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were treated by T test.Results showed that a two department model are fitted with a C max and AUC of 3.06±0.70 mg/L and 14.80±2.10 mg·h/L for levofloxacin and 3.47±1.33 mg/L and 17.52±4.74 mg·h/L for ofloxacin respectively.No statistically significant defferences were observed.Other parmeters T max and t 1/2 β etc were also similar.It is suggested from these results that the dosage of levofloxacin is half of that of ofloxacin in treatment of clinical infections.
