摘要
[目的]为狼尾草在园林中更好地应用提供理论依据。[方法]以采自崂山的狼尾草种子为材料,研究水分、温度、光照、基质及覆土深度对其种子萌发的影响。[结果]供试狼尾草种子的千粒重为2.34 g;18 h后吸水率达到最大,为45.6%;随着温度的升高,狼尾草种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数呈上升趋势,光照对其萌发的影响不大;草炭+珍珠岩(1∶1)最利于种子萌发,出苗率达70.0%;随着覆土深度的增加,出苗率呈先升后降的趋势,覆土深度为5 mm时,出苗率最高,达76.7%。[结论]狼尾草种子萌发的最适温度为30℃,草炭+珍珠岩(1∶1)为最佳基质,播种以浅埋为好。
[ Objective] The study aimed to supply theoretical foundation for applying Pennisetum alopecuroides in gardens better. [ Method ] With P. alopecuroides seeds collected from Laashan Mountain as materials, the influences of moisture, temperature, illumination, substmte and covering depth on their gennination were studied. [ Result] The 1 000-seed weight of tested P. alopecuroides seeds was 2.34 g, their water absorption rate reached the max- imum (45.6%) after 18 h. As the temperature ascended, the germination potential, rate and index of P. alopecuroides seeds showed increasing trend and the influence of illumination on their germination was little. The substrate peat + perlite ( 1 : 1 ) was most favorable for the germination of P. alopecuroides seeds with seedling emergence rate reaching 70.0%. As the coveting depth increased, the seedling emorgence rate showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the covering depth was 5 rnm, the seedling emergence rate was highest, being 76.7%. [ Conclusion] For the germination of P. alopecuroides seeds, the optimum temperature and substrate were 30 ℃ and peat + perlite ( 1 : 1 ), and shallow covering was better for sowing.
