干旱胁迫下不同玉米杂交组合水分利用的研究

摘要 [目的]筛选低耗水量、高水分利用率的玉米品种组合。[方法]在抗旱防雨棚内的盆栽试验中,设置正常供水和中度干旱胁迫两种水分处理,对10个玉米杂交组合的生物产量、耗水量、水分利用率3项指标进行研究。[结果]在两种土壤水分处理下,10个玉米杂交组合在3项指标上存在显著或极显著的差异,449×交51和交51×18599的生物产量较高;449×交51和S11×411的耗水量较高,18599×S11、411×449、S11×交51的耗水量较低;交51×18599的生物产量的水分利用率最高,其次为411×449和交51×411。综合3项指标,交51×18599表现最好,在两种土壤水分处理下生物产量分别为204.45、191.90 g/株,耗水量分别为22.57、19.88 kg/株,水分利用率分别为9.04、9.29 g/kg。[结论]交51×18599是高产、耗水量中等、水分利用率高的杂交组合。 [Objective] Tne studies aimed to screen maize hybridized combinations with low water-consumption and high water use efficiency (WUE). [Method] In pot experiments conducted in an anti-drought and rain-proof shelter, two water treatments including normal water supply and middle drought stress were designed to study the 3 indexes of biomass, water consumption and WUE of 10 maize hybridized combinations. [Result] Tnere was significant difference or extremely significant difference on 3 indexes among 10 maize hybridized combinations in 2 soil water treatments, among which, the biomasses of 449 × cross 51 and cross 51× 18599 were higher, the water consumption of 449 × cross 51 and S11× 411 were higher, the water consumption of 18599 × S11, 411 × 449 and S11 × cross 51 were lower, WUE of biorrkaSS of cross 51 × 18599 was the highest, the second were that of 411 × 449 and cross 51 × 411. Comprehensive analysis on 3 indexes showed that the performance of cross51 × 18599 was the best. In 2 soil water treatments, its biomasses were 204.45 and 191.90 g/plant, resp., its water consumptions were 22.57 and 19.88 kg/plant, resp. and its WUEs were 9.04 and 9.29 g/kg resp. [Con- clusion] Tne cross51 × 18599 was the hybridized combination with high yield, middle water consumption and high WUE.
