摘要
采用35 dtex/24 f细旦涤纶预取向丝(POY)生产22 dtex/24 f细旦涤纶低弹丝(DTY),探讨了假捻工艺对细旦涤纶DTY物理性能和染色均匀性的影响。结果表明:控制拉伸倍数1.72,摩擦盘圆周速度与被加工丝条离开假捻器时的丝速之比(D/Y)2.0,变形温度190℃,定型温度160℃,加工速度600 m/min,选用1-4-1组合聚氨酯盘,生产稳定,毛丝及断头少。生产的细旦涤纶DTY断裂强度4.0 cN/dtex,断裂伸长21.0%,卷缩率34%,染色均匀性好。
A kind of 22 dtex/24 f fine denier low-elastic PET yarn (DTY) was prepared from 35 dtex/24 f fine denier preoriented PET yarn (POY). The effects of false-twist texturing process on the physical properties and dyeing uniformity of the fine denier PET DTY were discussed. The results showed that the fine denier PET DTY can be prepared smoothly with low broken filaments and ends under the conditions as followed: draw ratio 1.72, the ratio of the circular velocity of friction disc and yarn speed away from false-twister( D/Y ) 2.0, texturing temperature 190℃, setting temperature 160℃, processing speed 600 m/ min, 1-4-1 polyureathane disc. The obtained PET DTY had the breaking strength 4.0 cN/dtex, elongation at break 21.0%, crimp ratio 34% and good dyeing uniformity.
