摘要
建立了铰接式车辆液压转向机构数学模型,得出了当量扭转刚度计算式;讨论了相关参数对扭转刚度的影响。研究结果表明,液压软管从增大系统工作容积、降低油液有效体积弹性模量两个方面大幅度减小了液压转向系统的扭转刚度;在油缸的进出油口处均加设液控单向阀,能有效地提高扭转刚度。
In this paper, a mathematical model for the hydraulic steering system of articulated vehicles is established, The equivalent torsion stiffness formulas are derived and the influence factors on torsion stiffness are discussed, The research results show that the flexible hoses can reduce the torsion stiffness of the hydraulic steering system greatly by enlarging the working volume and cutting down the elasticity modulus of the effective volume. Mounting hydro-control one-way valves at all the inlets and outlets of the oil cylinders can increase the equivalent torsion stiffness effectively.
