摘要
目的对中国南海软珊瑚(Sinularia flexibilis)中的西松烷二萜类成分进行研究,从中寻找有抗肿瘤活性的次生代谢产物。方法采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析确定化合物结构。通过抗肿瘤活性筛选方法,研究西松烷二萜的抗肿瘤活性。结果共分离得到4个西松烷二萜类化合物,其结构分别确定为:(1R,13S,12S,9S,8R,5S,4R)-9-Acetoxy-5,8:12,13-diepoxy-cembr-15(17)-en-16,4-olide(1),sinulariolide(2),dihydroflexibilide(3),flexibilide(4)。结论化合物3对所选肿瘤细胞株(BGC-823)显示中等的抑制活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the cembrane-type diterpenes of the soft coral Sinularia flexibilis collected from the South China Sea and discover antitumor compounds.METHODS Chromatography was performed for the isolation and purification,the structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis in association with physical and chemical properties,as well as comparison of their spectral data with these reported in literatures.Cytotoxicity was determined by MTT method.RESULTS Four Cembrane-type diterpenes were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia flexibilis,their structures were identified as(1R,13S,12S,9S,8R,5S,4R)-9-Acetoxy-5,8:12,13-diepoxy-cembr-15(17)-en-16,4-olide(1),sinulariolide(2),dihydroflexibilide(3) and flexibilide(4).CONCLUSION Compound 3 showed a moderate cytotoxicity against the BGC-823 tumor lines.
