Study on extracting gingerol from ginger by Ethyl Alcohol

摘要 文章利用正交试验法,以姜辣素的含量为参数,探索乙醇溶剂提取姜油树脂的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,乙醇溶剂提取姜油树脂最佳实验室条件为:原料粒度过60目筛,乙醇体积分数75%,提取温度50℃,固液比1∶9,提取时间为90min,在提取次数为一次的情况下,姜油树脂中姜辣素为1.59%。 The study of Ethyl Alcohol's Method extracting Gingerol from Ginger was researched by orthogonal array. The result shows that the optimum technological conditions are 60W for particle size, 1.5h for operate time, 75% for ethyl alcohol , 50℃ for temperature and 1:9 material ratio.
