摘要
以超环面传动理论为基础,结合磁性传动理论知识,研究了集传动、动力、控制为一体的新型传动机构———机电集成传动。介绍了该传动的基本结构、传动原理及参数关系。分连续啮合和间断啮合两种情况,研究了各构件间的啮合,得到了该机构在不同情况下正确啮合的啮合条件;在此基础上,分析了不同情况时的啮合齿数计算,得到了在各种情况下的啮合齿数计算公式;利用电磁学理论分析了机电集成传动的磁路,给出了机电集成传动中各构件的磁路分析图及传动啮合时的整体磁路分析图。
Talcing the toroidal transmission theory as a foundation and combining with the theoretical knowledge of magnetism transmission a new typed transmission mechanismelectro-mechanical integrated transmission that gathered transmission, power and control as an organic whole has been studied. Basic Structure of this transmission, transmission principle and relationship of parameters were introduced. The engagements between different components were studied by dividing them into two instances of continuous meshing and intermittent meshing, thus the engaging conditions of correct meshing of this mechanism under different circumstances were obtained. Based on this the calculation of engaging number of teeth in different conditions was analyzed and the calculation formulae of engaging number of teeth under various conditions ,were obtained. Utilizing the theory of electromagnetics, the magnetic circuit of electromagnetic integrated transmission was studied and analyzed; the magnetic circuit analysis diagram of every component in the electromechanical integrated transmission and the overall magnetic circuit analysis chart during driving engagement were given out.
