摘要
在项目建设中,材料的选择直接影响着工程造价,尤其是新型建筑材料的投入往往会使工程造价大幅度增减。以降低项目的风险和控制项目的投资为目的,结合新型建筑材料的特点和建筑材料费用确定的一般方法,论述了建筑工程中应用新型建筑材料的工程造价原则,并以目前新型建材——ETFE膜材料及其典型应用工程为例进行了具体的说明,具有一定的理论和实用价值。
In construction project ,the choice of materials directly affects project cost. In particular, the input of a new type of construction material often causes significant changes in project cost. Unifying the characteristics of the advanced construction material and the general methods for determining the cost of construction materials, this article takes reducing the project＇s risk and controlling the project＇s investment as a purpose, describes the cost principle of construction project when it applies the advanced construction material in the field of architectural engineering, and also makes explanation by using the new material ETFE foil and its specific project application, and has its unique theoretical and practical value.
