山地麻蜥消化道内分泌细胞的免疫组织化学研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的应用六种胃肠激素抗血清对山地麻蜥消化道内分泌细胞的形态、分布及密度进行研究。方法应用SABC免疫组织化学方法。结果5-HT-IR细胞在消化道各段均有分布,而以胃幽门部位最高,十二指肠部位密度其次,食管、回肠、直肠段密度最低。SS-IR细胞分布于从食道至回肠的消化道各段,而以胃幽门部位密度最高,G lu-IR细胞仅分布于胃体和幽门部位,Gas-IR细胞、SP-IR细胞、PP-IR细胞在消化道各段均未检出。结论与其他爬行动物比较,山地麻蜥消化系统内分泌细胞的这种分布既显示了爬行类动物内分泌细胞分布的一定共性,又显示了一定的种间差异。 Objective To study the distribution, density and morphology of endocrine cells in the gastrointestinal tract of Eremias breuchleyi. Methods A immunohistochemical method was used with six gut hormone antisera. Results The 5-hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive cells were distributed throughout the digestive tract with the highest in the pylorus, the more density in the duodenum, and the lowest in the oesophagus, ileum and rectum. The somatostatin immunoreactive cells were found from oesophagus to ileum, with the highest density in the pyloms. The glucagon immunoreactive cells were only found in fundus and pylorus. No immunoreactive cells were observed for gastrin, substance P and pancreatic polypeptide. Conclusion Compared with other reptiles, Eremias breuchleyi shows some common features in the distribution of endocrine cells in the gastro-entero-pancreatic system, and also some significant differences.
