The most important thing for colleges and universities to learn from the 17th CPC National Congress is to further carry out the scientific outlook on development. Colleges and universities should fully understand the contents and requirements of the scientific outlook on development, become its firm practitioner, and stick to harmonious development and scientific management, so as to ensure their healthy and fast development.
