摘要
笔者认为过敏性紫癜肾炎以血瘀为其基本病理，结合临床表现将其分为热壅血瘀、阴虚血瘀、气滞血瘀３型辨证施治，采用中医活血化瘀法为主治疗取得较为满意疗效。
The basic pathology of allergic purpura nephritis is the obstruction of heat with blood stasis.Combined with the clinical manifestations,the disease is divided into three types,obstruction of heat with blood stasis,deficiency of Yin with blood stasis and stagnation of Qi with blood stasis.Based on TCM syndrome differentiation,the disease is treat mainly with the method of activating blood and removing stasis.The effect is satisfied.
