酸法生产低堆积密度纳米氧化锌的前驱体合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章在简要介绍酸法生产纳米氧化锌工艺的基础上,分析了纳米氧化锌产品堆积密度的影响因素,重点考察了反应温度、碳酸氢铵浓度、铵锌比等前驱体合成条件对纳米氧化锌堆积密度的影响。通过前驱体合成条件实验,确定了最佳的工艺条件:温度54℃,碳酸氢铵浓度650g/L,铵锌比2.55,在该最佳工艺条件下生产的纳米氧化锌产品,其堆积密度可以由原来的3.8~4.2g/mL降低至0.33~0.36g/mL。 In this paper, the influencing factors of producing nanometer zincite with low packing density were analyzed based on the brief introduction of nanometer zincite produced by the acid method. The effects of synthesis conditions of precursor on the packing density of nanometer have been investigated, Such as reaction temperature, the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate, ratio of ammonium to zinc and so on. The optimal conditions of synthesizing precursor were found by the experimental study. On the condition of temperature 54 ℃, the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate 650 g/L, ratio of ammonium to zinc 2.55, the packing density of nanometer zincite was decreased from 3.8 - 4.2 g/mL to 0.33 - 0.36 g/mL.
