摘要
木聚糖是半纤维素的主要成分,广泛存在于各种植物资源中。木聚糖酶是一类降解木聚糖分子的酶的总称,组成复杂,被广泛用于食品、造纸和饲料等工业中。本文就其在制浆造纸中的应用研究现状作一简要介绍。
Xylan, existing in various plant resources, is the main component of hemicellulose. Xylanases, composed of the xylan-degrading enzymes, are applied widely in the industries of food, pulping and paper- making and feeding. Their researches and applications in pulping and paper-making industry are introduced generally in this paper.
