依兰煤油煤浆流变特性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 在常压和30-70℃的条件下,采用旋转式粘度计测定了依兰煤油煤浆体系的表观粘度,考察了油煤浆体系的表观粘度随溶剂种类、煤颗粒直径、煤浆浓度、温度以及剪切速率等因素的变化规律,建立了实验条件下煤浆体系的流变方程。结果表明:依兰煤油煤浆体系的流变特性符合幂定律模型。 In this paper, some influencing factors for apparent viscosity of Yilan oil-coal slurry were studied at normal temperatures of 30℃ to 70℃ and atmosphere by rotary viscometer,which includes solvent properties, granularity, the concentration of oil-coal slurry, temperature and shear rate, and the rheological equations were obtained by regression analysis. The results indicate that the rheological property of Yilan oil-coal slurry is the model of power on the experimental condition.
