摘要 研究目的:探讨城市土地储备规划风险定量化评价模型的构建方法与思路,定量化测度南京市城市土地储备规划风险,总结其分异特征及规律。研究方法:文献资料法、数学模型法、实证分析法。研究结果:南京市各行政区的土地储备规划风险形势整体较为严峻,较大风险级别的面积比例达到了66%以上,各土地级别除八级地外,规划风险差异不大。研究结论:文中构建的城市土地储备规划风险评价模型是可行的,可为城市土地储备风险评价提供有利借鉴。 The purpose of the paper is to construct a quantitative risk appraisal model of urban land reserve plan, to measure the urban land reserve plan risks quantitatively in Nanjing and to analyze their characteristics and laws. Integrated methods of documentation, model and case study were employed. The results show that the risks of urban land reserve plan are severe as a whole in which the proportion of regions with greater risks is above 66%. The plan risks of land have little difference except the land of eighth grade. It is concluded that the model is proven to be feasible and conducive to the urban land reserve risk appraisal.
