摘要
目的:探讨天津地区汉族人2型糖尿病(T2DM)与维生素D受体(VDR)基因多态性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析方法测定116例T2DM患者和112例正常对照者的VDR-Fok1和VDR-Bsm1位点基因型,计算并比较T2DM患者和正常对照组基因型频率。结果:T2DM患者与正常对照组VDR-Fok1位点基因型、F/f等位基因的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VDR-Bsm1位点基因型、B/b等位基因的分布差异有统计学意义,T2DM患者VDR-Bsm1位点Bb基因型、B等位基因明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:VDR基因Bsm1位点Bb基因型、B等位基因可能是天津地区汉族人T2DM的基因型和易感基因。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) in Han population in Tianjin. Methods: One hundred and sixteen patients with T2DM and 112 normal subjects as control were involved in this study. The VDR-Fokl and VDR-Bsml genotypes were detected by polymerase chain reaction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)in both groups. The allele frequencies and genotypie frequencies were calculated and compared between T2DM and normal controls. Results: There were no significant differences in allele ang genotype distributions of VDR-Fok 1 between T2DM and normal controls (P 〉 0.05 ). However, the distributions of VDR-Bsml (B/b) genotype were increased in T2DM than that of normal control group (P 〈 0.01) . Conclusion: The VDR-Bsml B allele may he a susceptible gene contributing the development of T2DM in Han population in Tianjin.
